SCTE has made free special editions of the SCTE Fibre Optic Transmission for Technicians and DOCSIS 3.1 training programmes available to all members. They can be found on the SCTE’s special training website at www.broadbandtraining.eu.

80 SCTE members, their guests and members of the SCTE Executive Committee attended the Annual Dinner of the SCTE Benelux Group on 6 February 2020. They were served an evening full of culinary specialties in Restaurant De Markies in Woerden.

The SCTE Benelux Group is currently investigating the possibility of a winter lecture. If there are no health and safety barriers, it will organise a winter meeting at the end of November 2020.

Peter Veerman was elected to the SCTE Executive Committee during the September 2019 elections. This board now has two members from SCTE Benelux, the other member is Rien Baan.
