Full speed ahead for SCTE Summer meeting

Karting Center Coronel in Huizen (NL) was the launch venue for the SCTE Benelux Group Summer Meeting on Thursday 20 June 2019. A few dozen members spent the afternoon combining  knowledge with driving skills and speed.

Dr. Piotr Zuraniewski, Senior Research Scientist, TNO Netherlands, gave a presentation on automated security, explaining how techniques such as artificial intelligence and infrastructure programmability can help to achieve this vision. Qualification round then started for the SCTE Benelux Grand Prix,with   most of the participants competing with each other in go-karts. After an exciting final, Edo (CAI Harderwijk) was crowned the fastest driver – congratulations to Edo!A networking reception with extensive buffet followed, as delegates compared results and chatted about the day.
